Monica de Wit works figuratively, but with a loose impressionistic style. Nature is an important source of inspiration. She mainly paints landscapes, but also seescapes and still lifes. She regularly uses the palette knife as an instrument.

Monica de Wit werkt figuratief, maar met een losse impressionistische stijl. De natuur is een belangrijke inspiratiebron. Zij schildert met name landschappen, maar ook zeegezichten en stillevens. Het paletmes gebruikt ze regelmatig als instrument.
